Hi Bonnie! The first time I did Whole30, it was definitely to discover if any of the eliminated foods led to my migraine. However, it also helped me with my psychological relationship with food. It made me realize how strong my will power is when I actually commit to something. Since I have an unhealthy relationship with dairy (ice cream especially) and grains, it's easier to eliminate them and find substitutes in an effort to decrease my desire for them in the future. 1788 days ago
