Brett and I are going to Fitness Together in cottonwood. It's definitely pricey, but we are both getting so out of shape. My daily walking is not cutting it. My butt has deflated like and old persons! We've only been going for about a week, but I like it. Its nice to be sore again! We'll see how far our 3 month package gets us. :) How's things with you? Saw your post that you were needing support. Please let me know what I can do for you. Be nice to yourself today and try to keep a positive attitude (a lot easier said than done at times, I know!!). If the weather is nice, try a walk outside if you have a chance. Call a friend or family member. Smile at a stranger. Indulge a little!

I completely agree about planning your meals and snacks! If I get something out of the freezer (especially fish or something that I don't want to keep for the next day) and plan what I'm making for dinner, its much easier for me to stay strong and not want to go out to eat. Lunch has been easy in this hotel in FL because I can't really go out and get something else without a big production and I don't have any snacks in here besides the healthy stuff. For dinner - each morning I tell Brett, "Now Brett, you are going to come home from work today and we are going to go straight to the gym and then eat a salad for dinner at the hotel restaurant, right??" He thinks I'm silly - "Why do you keep asking me that? Yes, that is what we are doing!!" I have to tell him - "I'm not really telling YOU, I'm telling ME and by telling YOU I'm keeping ME accountable!" :D 3402 days ago
