I love to find areas like that. It's great when communities find way to repurpose old buildings rather than tearing them down. It sounds like a great place. I know what you mean about clutter, though. After all of the time I spent decluttering, I sure don't want to add to the problem now :-). Hope you're enjoying the weekend!

Tony loves me like crazy in the morning but after his afternoon nap he runs from me if I make a move in his direction. He will play when I bring out toys but mostly he seems to like to roam around. That's just our Tony.

Thanks for the goodie. I shared it with Molly. I'll share it with Tony too once he lets me get near him.

Molly's appointment is May 3. That's just for the consult since we are going to Internal Medicine and the tests will probably be with Radiology. Why can't they coordinate and give me one appointment day? The trip is around 2-1/2 hours one way so it isn't just a quick trip. I think I will voice my opinion about scheduling. Works well if you live in that city but not so much for others.

Molly hasn't bled at all since yesterday morning but I hear more snorts and squeaks now. She is herself in every other way so that is encouraging.

With all you do, you put me to shame. I haven't done much except deal with DH's low blood sugar episode, walked Molly and loved on Tony and Molly. I am doing laundry today but also need to get to the library, a store and bake something for a gardening seminar I'm going to on Saturday. Bake today, frost tomorrow, out the door very early on Saturday.

I have wanted to foster dogs, preferably, once ours on gone. I am just not sure how that would work with Tony, Mr. I'm the Boss. Plus, I'm not sure how much I will recover from the spinal cord issue. I can walk Molly because she is the best leash walker ever. I couldn't handle a puller now and I'm not sure I will ever be able to do so. Molly will turn 9 this year so she reasonably has another three years at least. That gives me lots of time to know how much recovery I'll have.

Hugs, tail wags and head butts back.

You don't have to figure out retirement yet. Just live in the moment!!

I used the snow blower today!! At first I was shoveling which, since I'm not cleared for that means pushing the snow to the side, since I couldn't start the snow blower. Molly was outside supervising me and Tony was in the front window also on supervisory duty. DH got the snow blower started when I was about three quarters done with the driveway. I am cleared to blow snow so I finished the driveway, including cleaning up the sides, did the sidewalk and cleared up the mailbox area. I am quite proud of my accomplishment. We got about 12 inches of snow but my neighbor plowed us out yesterday so I only was taking care of about 4 or 5 inches today.

Tony sends head butts and Molly sends tail wags. Does Lily know dogs? Molly and Tony live in the same house but they are not really friends.
