Sloane is doing better. Lower dose for 2 weeks then more bloodwork. I won't know if she will be able to get off the meds completely eventually or if she will have to be on them always. The problem she has may come back.

The Supervisor ran away Wednesday, briefly. It was totally my fault. I meant to put him out on the leash and instead just opened the door. Tony doesn't need two invites. He was gone in a flash and didn't stop running till he hit the road. It was a warm enough morning and he had just eaten so we were concerned about how long he'd be gone. We usually leave the back door open for him so he can just come in on his own. Sure enough, an hour after he left, he comes waltzing in the door. That is always a huge relief.

Big snow this weekend. We are expecting 6-12 inches after freezing rain tonight. I'm going to Dad's today and will make sure things are good for him for a few days. He has a great grandson across the street who can peek in on him too.

Your yard must be looking very nice (and I am so jealous of that) with all the work you've accomplished!!

I used Buspar on my last cat when we drove cross country (which we did several times). It worked pretty well for her. She still wasn't happy, but at least she didn't panic, or scream all the way. I'm going to ask for that this time. I just hope it works.

Blood work is on Friday. I am hoping things are moving along so we can lower the dose again. Things have been tough. You know how it is.
Don't work too hard tomorrow. Be careful lifting those bags.

We have had our pillow around a year. It is more comfortable then the pillow I had. I usually lay my head in the same spot, so the pillow does cave in, like a little circle. But when I go to fluff the pillow up, it does pop back to its original shape. So the pillow should last a long time. Let me know what you think of the pillow in a few months. That is, if you can remember. emoticon
