SMALL STEPS LEAD TO BIG CHANGES, PRAISE GOD
I started to gain weight when I was 6-7 years old, so I have been oveweight most of my life. I have tried prob. every diet out there and nothing has worked; but I dont think I was in the right mind set. A few years ago I lost around 70 lbs then had some emotional problems with people in my life and gained half of it back. *turn to God in all ways
*To become healthy in body & mind.
*To learn to love myself & see myself as others see me.
*For exercise to become a part of my life.
My Program:
*Learn 2 drink at least 8 glasses of water a day,
*To write down everything I eat so I can monitor what I eat,
*exercise in some form daily.
*connect with others who are serious about become healthy
*don't give up on myself,
*learn to love myself
