Back at it!
I have a lot of weight to lose and I don't expect it to all go at once. I need to keep reminding myself that my health depends on this and I am fortunate to have so many reasons to stay healthy.

My Goals:
To lose weight and reach my goal of 115 pounds. That will be 85 pounds lost and put me in the mid range of healthy for my height.
I am absolutely thrilled to have found SP. Have tried every diet known to man, and never experienced near the success that I have here.
My Program:
I will eat foods I enjoy but moderation on the more highly caloric if I choose to indulge.
Practice portion control; weigh and measure my food and count my calories, preferably before I consume them.
Clean eating as much as possible.
Keep myself mindful of what I am eating.
Stay away from the scale as much as possible because it always has a negative effect on me even when I am doing well.

walking at least 5X week
stay positive
reward my good behavior

62 yo wife and mother.
I have a wonderful family; three amazing children (adults now) a terrific DIL and SIL to be and a wonderful husband and three adorable granddaughters !
Overweight most of my life, but more so in the last 15 years.
