 Trying to quit smoking and lose weight at the same time as increasing my workout time with thehorses.

    Jaly, there are a lot of people who can share your pain and I'm happy you foung the 50+ Team. I'm in the process of divorce also but still have my wonderful best friend. Guess I'm especially sorry for that double whammy. To put things in perspective a little about our age and our situation, I had a 70 year old aunt tell me that at our age, we are still young. Even at 70 and in a bad marriage, she still has the hope that she'll find love again. So know that you are not alone and you don't have to go through this by yourself.
