My Goals:
Im not looking for a number im looking for less.... I want less of me so im more motivated to get more out of life.
Regain my flexability.
Lose 10% of my total pounds ( 20 )
My Program:
Food has always been a problem for me but by putting it all down on "paper" I can see where i'm going with my day and where i've gone over. I'm seeking balanced choices. I sturugle to get in protien. I'm looking forward to cooking healthy meals for my new husband and I.

My name is Louise and I live in PA. I'm in my early 30s. I went to school for Earlychildhood at SUNY cobelskill and earned a A.S. then i went to school at platsburgh and earned a B.S. In social work. Ive Just married a wonderful man from PA. Im very lucky that he is also interested in living a healthier active life style and that he loves going for walks. As for my interests I love the show Big bang theory and have developed a interest in reading I like gardening and composting.
