Introduction Text I have used Sparkpeople intermittently for several years and find that I do much better when I track my food. I joined TOPS in 2010, after I retired. Attending a weekly meeting has helped me plus the support from the wonderful friends I have made in my group has been a huge blessing. Tracking here on Sparkpeople has kept me accountable and reading the community feed has been a huge plus.. So much inspiration and success!

My goal for 2018is to reach KOPS status in the TOPS organization. At this date I have about 17 pounds to go!

My goal is to eat sensibly. I am trying to adopt a way of eating that I can stick with as a way of life. I try to limit processed foods and eat organic, non gmo foods.

First and foremost, I am a Christian. I am married and have 1 wonderful daughter and 3 beautiful granddaughters....I am blessed! I was born and raised in Kansas but have spent most of my adult life in So. California.
