    Hello Tizzie,Well I am on board and have been following the plan on eating,single so makes it pretty simple with the meals they plan for me. Just get them all printed and do the shopping once a week. I like that I can make my own exercise program also. If you want a motivator for walking check out the virtual walking challenge team were you walk to meet the member who joined before you. I am walking ,Virtually , from Blanding Utah to Georgetown ,Texas a distance of 10019.19 miles and I want to get there before I die .I will be 51 next month. LOL .Any way I will add you as a friend and hope all the best for you. Terrie emoticon

    Hi Tizzy, saw your comment on one of the boards and thought I'd leave you a note.

    The nutrition tracker has been crucial for me. After using it a while, I found it easier to plan and enter my meals a day ahead of time. That way I could clearly see my plan and stick with it. And I wouldn't have to try to remember what I ate etc.

    Also, yes ... get out there and walk/run/ Use the Spark "mileage mapper" and you can plan your walks easily. It even figures out the calories burned, distacne etc ... nice tool.
