    It’s hot outside, but Fall is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge and work on your healthy lifestyle goals? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of September. The challenge consists of 11 Teams that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    Well said, on your comments on the article "Is Weight Loss Hurting Your Relationship?"
    "'The idea that anyone who psychologically sabotages others is only doing it from secret sweet vulnerable reasons is not one to be applied to all situations.'"
    So many people regurgitate advice like this, and it can encourage people in unhealthy situations to accept things that should instead be taken as red flags.
