Now is the only time I know.
What a slow journey this has turned out to be. But I have savor it just as my food.
I started 3 years ago. I have been overweight all my life so 3 years ago I decided to stop wishing and start working on it.
There has to be a shift on your consciousness in order for your body wanting to loose weight- 3 years ago I just felt done. Found SP and At the beginning i was so strict posting all day and focusing in every workout. That lasted for 6 months and that's how I lost ...

I started 3 years ago. I have been overweight all my life so 3 years ago I decided to stop wishing and start working on it.
There has to be a shift on your consciousness in order for your body wanting to loose weight- 3 years ago I just felt done. Found SP and At the beginning i was so strict posting all day and focusing in every workout. That lasted for 6 months and that's how I lost the first 20 pounds. As I change inside things seem to change outside as well. Everything has this inner and outer dimension so, At 165 pounds I was feeling pretty for the first time. I met my boyfriend and learned so much about myself and how creative I can be. It seemed like all that weight was all that creative energy that I hadn't been able to put out when I was little.
So I left SP completely neglected but I focused on those new moments. I drank, cooked, danced, without too much thought on how much weight was I loosing per week. Somehow like that I managed to loose 13 pounds of course that was in 2 years so it wasn't challenging or hard at all but for those 2 years that was ok. Right now I'm feeling again this shift on my mind, again I'm done with my current weight, I'm ready to keep moving, I'm where I want to reinvent myself once more like i did 3 years ago.
At 150 pounds I still have to loose 20 pounds, I think I have to start being strict with myself a little bit.GOD have I been lazy the past few months. And Gosh do I need motivation.

track what i eat and my work outs
drink a lot of water and blogging what inspires me instead of looking for something to eat.
