I've added the BL 5% Challenge. They have a lot of energy over there which I will plug in to. Woo Hoo!

Personal Information:
I am a retired school counselor living in KY

I have health issues that play a role in my losing weight but I am not going to let them stand in my way.

I had total knee replacement in Feb. 2016 but I am climbing back little by little.





Other Information:
I'm loving my Fitbit Zip.
