Introduction Text Welcome to my SparkPage Am Leena from Mauritius (for those who don't know, it's a little paradise island in the Indian Ocean) What brings me here is that I have been on diet for years but I kept gaining weight instead of losing also I've been battling for years now with some health issues [Hypothyroidism + PCOS]...I am looking forward now to learn how to lose weight in the proper way...no more dieting for me but it's all about adopting a new lifestyle, eating everything but in moderation and proportion wise also cooking wisely!!!

I LOVE:~ listening lots to music; cooking when I am not messing up the kitchen; reading with my teddy bears piling up beside me; poetry when it rains outside; philosophy as I love to discuss about everything and nothing; collecting stamps/coins, watching butterflies, preserving roses, having a good laugh, playing cards/dominos, getting drenched in the rain; swimming if only the sun is not too high at the beach; dancing till my feet would go lame; watching tv when bored; going to cine if the movie's worthwhile; sight - seeing with friends / cousins; driiiving; playing with my teckels as love dogs; chatting online and offline unlimited and on top of everything, making friends....
