Sheeska... let's try this again. I love this page.... I just need to stay focused. A few years ago I was at 219... so I guess in a way I have lost some... but not enough. Especially this last few months.... So ONWARD... March... or walk... or dance or get off my tush and move :)
And a few years later I was still up to 209... then 205... but STILL working on it! Sheeshka ....
Now I'm at 190 and STILL working on it!! :) But hey, It WILL get there eventually... At least I'm hoping. :)

***And then I blew it this spring and kept focusing on the negative instead of regrouping.... Back at 203!! Yikes!!

That's going to change! :) Wish me well... whooo-boy!

***Haha.. THEN I was back up to 211!! Oh My! And I'm working it back down. My daughter is joining me... so together maybe we can make this work. (4/10/17)

And I am back again... 3-4-2018 In at 197.4 and that's after working it down there from 204.2 last month... Ugh... The Struggle Is REAL!! Trying Keto this time... At least for a while... I like how I feel on it.

Well, I've lost ten pounds on Keto and love how I feel and how it is changing my body shape! Yay!! :)

Personal Information:
I live in Kennewick WA. I have seven children.... 5 birthed, 2 adopted.... (and no one can tell which two most of the time.) ha :) I homeschooled my children for the last 15 plus years... Then I put some of them in public school and they are doing great. We attend a wonderful church where we have good friends. The kids and my husband built our huge home. It has been a never-ending project that we all learned so much from doing. I'm looking forward to my empty nest... which is not happening as expected, but it's been good having kiddos back for different stays... My Hubby and I enjoy sitting on our front porch unwinding, talking and sharing dreams... and sometimes just dancing! :) We believe in making memories.


Other Information:
I like watching classics and chic flicks.. no horror or war movies for me. I love reading light material, self improvement, christian stuff, magazines, news.

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs.     Hi, We're all been at the los weight, no lose weight time in our lives. . If staying a constant weight was so easy all of us would not need or want to be Sparking. The diet industry would be broke
    I don't know how many times I started a healthy eating plan only to go off the rails, usually stress, family . But eventually the plan sticks and we find ourselves in a happy place and want to stay there. Old habits are hard to give up, completely.
    So no matter where you are now, you are working toward a more healthy you.
    The Spark members are very encouraging and will help you through any down times. At least they did for me.
    I'm still working on maintaining my weight loss and still feel comfortable in my everyday life.
    So far, most days I do OK.
    So one day at a time, it comes on a lot easier than it leaves.

    Thanks for the friend add, added you back.
    When I look at the name you go by it reminds me of all the start overs I went through during a 15 year up and down, mostly up weight period. . It wasn't till I hit 68 and was told either lose or prepare a will. Kind of harsh, but finally with no where else to go, I was at the bottom, I had to make a choice. Or at least to give it all I had. And as it turned out I had more resolve than I thought, finally things clicked and I was on the right road. Small detours, bumps along the way, I managed. But even now 7 years later, I face each day with trepidation. I find being active on Spark keeps me on track.
    I read where you have seen success and I wish you more.
