Introduction Text God loves me unconditionally. God has forgiven me completely. God has accepted me totally. I am a whole person in Jesus Christ. I am guided by the wisdom of God to eat good food in right amounts. I attain and maintain my right weight.

My goal this week is to lose 3lbs. by 4/10/10. Current weight is 198 to goal weight is 193. 1350 is my calorie plan and 1500 for sodium, and 40 grams for fat. By the end of the year I am hoping my bodyfat wil be 25% along with my goal for meeting my weight loss.

I do cardio 3-4 times a week and strength training 2x a week.
