My Goals:
1. Eat Healthier
2. Stay Committed
3. Improve health issues

My Program:
 1. Sticking to the 1200-1500 calories per day diet (master this and then start concentrating carbs, fats etc.)

2. Exercise 3x per week

3. Keeping a Journal to track my progess
