I'M ON A MISSION... A LIFELONG MISSION


TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF MY LIFE... IF I TYPE IN CAPS AND YOU THINK I AM SCREAMING... I MAY BE... SOMETIMES IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO WAKE UP AND GET MOVING!!!

My Goals:
To look like 3rd picture down... To move about the cabin freely... Too actually taste food again... To find myself whom I have slowly lost...

My Program:
 Eating clean... and trying to stay strong... I have Thyroid disease so the pounds pack on whenever they feel like it. It is pretty evil if you ask me... This is the 3rd time since my diagnosis and it is getting harder to lose this weight...



Exercise: Cardio/Pilates, taking it easy though as I suffer from FM

I CAN'T BELIEVE I GOT THIS FAT!!!

Other Information:
 I named myself Le_Miserable...as that is how I feel right now... I would not be here if I wanted to stay that way...
