Introduction Text Determined that this year is the year I refuse to carry this weight around anymore!!

I have a few goals, but have not set a time line. I want a "1" in front of my number! I want to run a 5k by summer (even if I have to walk some of it) and I want a new wardrobe.

My program is just to eliminate certian things from my diet while adding healthy alternatives.

I am a single mom of two beautiful children and I am overweight. I currently work as an LPN. I attend church on a regular basis and feel my relationship with God is very important. I work in the church running their Food Pantry and Clothing Closet. I also coordinate our community outreaches.

LAUGHTER HAS GOTTEN ME THROUGH SOME OF THE TOUGHEST TIMES IN MY LIFE!
