    WOW!!! That is all I can say! You are a very strong woman for what you do!

    The past week I was great M-W and then I got strep and it was all downhill from there. I still lost about 3lbs but then gained that back TH-Su. I am starting fresh this week with Cooler #1 and will force myself to stick with it. I was at a really cool store over the weekend that had these bracelets you could make up, they have a silver ring with an open center and along the edge of the ring there is a word, I chose two words that will help me continue to do well on the journey "accountability" and commitment". I haven't taken it off and every time I look at it I know that I have to hold myself accountable for my actions and have to stay committed to becoming healthy. I am back on that wagon and it is rolling at a nice steady speed.

    My cold is better, I was on an antibiotic for 5 days and mucinex as well. That seemed to help it go away and my throat feels so much better. I like cooler #1 because I think it sets you up and shows you how you should be eating. I don't like some of the food selections. I tried eating the tuna and almost gagged. I like tuna but mixed with some miracle whip...LOL Some of the veggies I don't like as well but I just substitute them with others that are on the list. I kind of like the strictness because it teaches me to watch what I am doing. I haven't really read through cooler #2 yet but I will do that in another week. I figure I can follow cooler #1 this week and next week since I really didn't follow it that well last week....meaning I only really truly followed it 3 days. I am excited to see how I do at the end of the week. Maybe I will be right where I was last week or I'll be ahead or behind. I just hope something has changed. I feel better when I am following it. When it comes to 6 times a day, I really haven't gotten that far. I really am only eating 5 times a day. I try not to eat past 7pm because if I do, then I just want to sit and binge.
