Homemaker married 8yrs to an incredible man of God. No children as of yet due to number of illnesses, but then again, nothing is too great for my God! Diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis in 2010. Battling obesity and a plethora of symptoms since then. Now, for the first time in 7yrs I am able to work on my weight! I am super stoked, since I used to be healthy (dance in hs), and know I can do it again. One year with no vehicle, I biked 5 1/2 miles to work every day, 5 days a weak for 6mo. I was the fittest I had ever been. I was happy biking, because I had to push myself knowing I was being responsible enough to take myself to work and back. After realizing that, I have come to the conclusion that I really can do anything if I push myself.

Fitness Minutes: 5,452

My Goals:
Healthier and 60pds lighter. Avoid processed foods. Lighter meals with portion control. No foods after 6:30pm. A.M. stretch & prayer. Beating asthma to be a runner. Getting hubby to be a workout enthusiast as well!


My Program:
Home: personal daily routine per my PT that involves bridges and pilates 100's 2x/day everyday. I usually try to include stretching, modified push-ups, tricep dips, sit-ups, crunches, lunges & running in place.

Gym: treadmill walking & running, elliptical, sitting leg extensions and overhead pull-downs. Usually every other night, but no longer than 2 nights without it.



Personal Information:
Working out, fishing, camping, hiking, badminton, cooking, reading, tabletalk with hubby.
