Ok I think it's time for a re-do of my page!! I'm almost 26 y/o and have fallen off the wagon again!! not so bad this time but bad enough that I NEED to fix it. I am a PROUD Army wife and my hubby is currently deployed! When he left so did my healthy lifestyle (and neat home;) ).

My Goals:
goals, hmm.....to be happy in every aspect of the word and to be healthy (in every aspect of the word). I don't want to binge anymore and I don't want my hubby to be my only sense of reason...(not that he know's it)!! I want to be ok with me and not feel I need to look like the mags

My Program:
 I count cals but I would like to get away from that. Jogging 4-6x's a week. No eating at night!!!

I'm from NY but now live in Texas.

    Boy I wish I had as little weight to lose as you. I'm sure the less you have to lose the harder it is though.

    It's great to see someone that lives by me and knows where I'm coming from and what I'm going through.

    Do you guys live in Military Housing? We live in Logan Heights right down the street from the Elementary school and the CDC.

    I saw you on the Army Wife SparkTeam. I, too, am from Bliss and my hubby just left the 31st for his 2nd tour in less than 2 years.

    I this your first deployment. My friend told me about this website and I decided to join to try to lose weight and surprise my husband when he gets back.
