Introduction Text Ok I think it's time for a re-do of my page!! I'm almost 26 y/o and have fallen off the wagon again!! not so bad this time but bad enough that I NEED to fix it. I am a PROUD Army wife and my hubby is currently deployed! When he left so did my healthy lifestyle (and neat home;) ).

goals, hmm.....to be happy in every aspect of the word and to be healthy (in every aspect of the word). I don't want to binge anymore and I don't want my hubby to be my only sense of reason...(not that he know's it)!! I want to be ok with me and not feel I need to look like the mags

I count cals but I would like to get away from that. Jogging 4-6x's a week. No eating at night!!!
