    It has been difficult at times to stay motivated with everything I went through last year. I exercise 6 to 7 times a week. I walked on the treadmill when I first started losing weight. I increased my speed and distance as I lost weight. I started doing other cardio exercises and strength training after I Iost 100 lbs. I should have started the strength training sooner. emoticon emoticon
