I've never had to exercise a day in my life... at least not before 40! I used to be called Olive Oil. Now I have to work at it. I'm definitely not used to "work" when it comes to loosing weight. I'm my own worst enemy/critic. Lots of people say they wished they looked like me, but I guess most of us are not happy with "us". I'm a high school teacher and I chaperon most formals as you can see in one of my pictures. I hate to admit it, but I can't fit in some dresses I bought only 5 or so years ago. I can't zip them up. I seem to have enlarged my chest measurement and some of it is back fat!!!!!! UUUUGGGGGG then there is my "pudgy tummy" you see when I wear a bikini. Is it wrong to want to look like I have a 20 yr. old body? (buff) Is it possible at 50 and aging? I have no issue with age... I'm a toys r us kid... but I also want to look it (toys r us kid) not an "old" lady. :)

Fitness Minutes: 512,628

My Goals:
To get rid of the unhealthy fat percentage in my body and to look great in a bikini again. ; )

To begin and maintain a consistent exercise program to look my best and maintain my health.


My Program:
See food and eat it... but making as many healthy choices as possible and sticking to a calorie limit. ; )

I want to hit the gym 3x a week. Work out on the treadmill for 20-30 min. on 2 min. interval walk/jog. Then focus on different body parts each day of my workout plan.



Personal Information:
I currently live in Corona, CA. I am an advanced SCUBA diver I try and take at least one awesome tropical dive trip/year. 2011 took me on a cruise of the Western Caribbean where I went diving in Costa Maya and swam with the dolphins in Cozumel. Also went to Cabo alone and had 2 days of diving. : ) Summer of 09 took me to Australia, and Belize for diving of course. Summer of 08 I went to Turks in the Caribbean. We enjoyed Jamaica on our honeymoon in '05 (2/2011 filed for divorce for domestic abuse which didn't stop) and got advanced certified in Maui in '06. I love to travel and my 3 timeshares help to make it very affordable especially in exotic places.


Other Information:
Calvary Chapel Chino Hills is my current church home and where I also serve. I used to attend Saddleback church at the new Orange, CA campus meeting at the Grove of Anaheim... you know the one.. Pastor Rick and "The Purpose Driven Life", "The Purpose Driven Church" and "40 Days of Purpose". He also prayed at Obama's 1st inauguration. Just finished my Grad studies for my MA in education with an Admin. credential May '11. Now I would like to be a VP at a middle school. March '11 took me to Argentina on a mission trip for 10 days to serve in local churches.
