Introduction Text Today is March 26 2011, and I have just noticed that this is an introduction block.......SIGH!! Well my name is Rudo, I was born and raised in Zimbabwe, I am a wife and mother of 5 wonderfuls kids, 3 biological and 3 step. My weight loss journey started in my late 20s when I steadily started gaining . As a teenager and into my early 20s I was very active, I played tennis and field hockey in school, and tennis in college. Reaching 25 was my weight turning point, and it has just steadily gone up with every childbirth. Making a new commitment today, to start anew and stay the course to a healthier fitter me.

* Cardio 45 minutes a day 3-5 days a week. * Strength training 4 days a week * Staying within my calorie range * Drinking a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day
