Beginning the Journey


Hello, I'm a 21 year old housewife. I live in the beautiful city of Vancouver, which is full of active, fit people. I have a rather large goal, but I'm hoping that setting up small goals will help me lost the weight I need to.

One major goal I have achieved so far is that I quit smoking. I believe I'm moving in the right direction!

My Goals:
To be a better person on the inside and outside. To become a smaller person! To overcome fears and disappointments. To not give up. To be the person I know I can be.

My Program:
 I just joined Weight Watchers, and incorporating Sparks. For excerising I'm trying to do as much as I can do in my home and when the weather is nice, outside too!


Personal Information:
I am from Nebraska, though I currently live in Vancouver, BC. I am going through immigration right now, so I have all the time to do this since I'm unable to work. I got married in Feb 2006 to my wonderful husband. We have an adorable cat named Felix, who is our baby.

I try to be an out going person, but at first I'm usually quite shy.

Other Information:
 I really enjoy watching movies and going out shopping. I absolutely love to cook.

    Thanks for the comment! Yeah Port Moody is a beautiful little city, and Rocky Point is gorgeous. I have been walking/jogging around Como Lake since we moved here, such a pretty little lake.
