Apparently, you can't go alone. You have to be in Cahoots with someone. I've also never been in Cognito. I hear no one recognizes you there. I have, however, been in Sane. They don't have an airport; you have to be driven there. I have made several trips there, thanks to my friends, family and work. I would like to go to Conclusions, but you have to jump, and I'm not too much on physical activity anymore. I have also been in Doubt. That is a sad place to go, and I try not to visit there too often. I've been in Flexible, but only when it was very important to stand firm. Sometimes I'm in Capable, and I go there more often as I'm getting older. One of my favorite places to be is in Suspense! It really gets the adrenalin flowing and pumps up the old heart! At my age I need all the stimuli I can get! A Birth Certificate shows that we were born A Death Certificate shows that we died Pictures show that we lived! Have a seat . . . Relax . . . And read this slowly. Each new moment arrives so quickly, provides a new glimpse, and then is gone forever. The key is to understand the beauty of the moment and be fully engaged in it's dimension. The reality is that each new moment and it's dimension of "now" is the place where life really is lived. It is the only reality we have. The past is in concrete and the future is a mere expectation. would like to be healthy and be at a better weight....

i do aquafit and laps in the pool -2hrs-3x a wk and other cardio 3/4 x/week i also do nordic pole walking..... although i walk with a cane due to knee problems i still try to walk a little each day as permitted,am awaiting surgery to both knees no date as yet

i'm from bc/canada. worked as a nurse most of my life,in my late 40's started to diet and we all know yo/yo well the last 5yrs i made even more changes to my lifestyle for the better . with only a little change in weight up/down then in the end there were more ups as time moved on and much $$$$ spent was very discouraged with the lack of progress i was deemed to be weight loss-resistant then my knees went and with lots of time on the couch in the acute phase with my knees,i searched the internet for a nother way to help myself and found lap band surgery being done and helping many peoplethis was in dec/06 had lap band done jan/07 and here i am

i love to do crafts of any kind,as i usually make my own christmas presents,so am always looking for new ideas.

Add a Link There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results. When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness. Pacific time
