I am a busy Mommy to a 16 month old girl and a Navy wife. I work fulltime outside of the home as well. I make time for me and the gym or sometimes just a workout session at home. This year is my year!! I plan to get pregnant again in June and would like to be healthy and fit for that.

Challenges for the month of May:
Sweatsuit to Swimsuit challenge
Gold's Team 5 lb pledge
Couch to 5k challenge
BSS Challenge

Workout and weigh in plan for the Month of May: This includes the Swimsuit bootcamp challenge and the first 4 weeks of Couch to 5k!

May 1st: Hit up the gym/ weigh in for Gold's challenge: Done


May 2nd: Rest

May 3rd: Do the "10-Minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout" : Done

May 4th: Do the 8-Minute Lower Body Workout with Band Video
Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Done!

May 5th:Do the "Seated Upper Body Band Workout"
30 min Golds Gym Cardio: Done

May 6th:Do the "Crunchless Core Workout"
Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.

May 7th: Do the 5-Minute Lower Body Band Workout
30 min. ellipitcal

May 8th: Do the 7-Minute Upper Body Workout with Band Video
Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.

My goal is to be in a healthy weight range and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle for myself and my family.


My Program:
I do atleast 30 mins of cardio 6 days a week and I also do strength training 6 days a week. And on top of all of that I am a working wife/mother so I have a lot to keep me busy.



Personal Information:
My husband is the Navy so we are currently in Virginia Beach, Va. We just had our first baby abour 3 months ago. life cant get much better than this. My husband is my best friend and motivator. He supports me and encourages me in everyway possible.
