I am Brij from India. I have access of 5-6 kj weight. I wonder how to reduce with diet and exercise. I go for briak walk 6 days in a week for 6 kms. Do some stretching exercise. Do you have any other idea , how to reduce some extra kilos. 1938 days ago

Thanks for accepting my add request. And as 2 ur comment. Problem with starting 2 train is I can't do lower body work outs due 2 my ankle injury (plus a walking cam boot on stage is so not hot). Lol. My cardio and weights are very limited :( 2069 days ago
