Introduction Text This journey has been an interesting one. I see that it is never ending and I am committed to staying on this path forever. I have come to accept that I will have to workout for the rest of my life, which makes this a way of life. I have a goal of getting down into the low 160's. It has been since 2009 when joined Spark and I haven't even gotten down to 169 lbs yet. But I am DETERMINED. It will happen. I don't care how many times I have to start over, quitting is NOT an option. I am full of "stick-to-it-ness". I will keep at it until I achieve. It's mind over matter and I am going to to DO IT!! 158 HERE I COME!!!
