JUST SOME THOUGHTS TO PONDER:

Today's forecast: GOD reigns and the SON shines.

My Goals:
I would really like to get rid of the extra layer of padding I can't seem to shed. I'm sure if I could step up my workouts and back off on the treats I could do it. I just need to get that deep down within me motivation I'm searching for. Seems like once you take most of the weight off you are pretty happy with the NEW you (at least for a while) so you don't work quite as hard as you should to keep going towards that final goal. I know I'm going to do it though!!


My Program:
My workouts consist of walking outside or on my treadmill, elliptical, the FIRM Transfirmer routines and other DVD cardio/strength training workouts. I workout in the AM before I go to work, that way I don't let my day get in the way later. I workout 5-6 days a week and try not to take 2 days off in a row.



Personal Information:
I am the 55 year old mother of two (29 & 26) of the best people in the world. Caring for them and being a mother gave me permission to put ME on the back burner. That's all the excuse I needed to eat want I wanted and to be lazy when I had ME TIME. That all changed a few years ago when I made a firm commitment to the Weight Watchers Point System. I lost most of the weight I wanted to lose. I exercise 5-6 days a week and try to watch what I am eating. I'm far from perfect but none of us are and we must accept that and take one day at a time.
