To reach a healthy weight of 129!
Confession: I was at 146 pounds and gained back 37 pounds. I'm back in the game!
My Program:
1200-1400 cal's a day, exercise 6 times a week (see plan in intro text)
Personal Information:
40 years old, lovin' life for all it has to offer. I have a fun job, awesome friends, and an incredibly wonderful partner who shares my goals. I am also addicted to word warp on my iphone.
Other Information:
Things I do: "Do? I can do anything. I have no limitations" (Krobar in the Lost Skeleton of Cadavr)...make up silly songs on the guitar, hike, camp, laugh a lot...
