Thanks for commenting on my blog. To answer your question - I've been "sparking" since January 3, 2011. I wasn't doing any regular exercise last year to amount to much at all. About two weeks ago, I began to focus more on walking. When I put in the exercise, the warnings began coming on... so I adjusted my exercise goals to reflect that. It raised my calorie range by like 200 calories. I think I just need to stick with my plan for a while and see how it goes... Thanks again - have a great weekend! 3309 days ago

Oh, thanks for asking about my birthday...that is sweet of you. I had a nice time. I went to the beach for a couple days, which was really relaxing. It was much needed time away from the daily grind. I ate some great food, visited a few new places as well as some old faves, and soaked up as much of the beach as I could. It was wonderful! Thanks for asking!
