I'm here again for motivation. I currently weigh the most I ever have in my adult life, except when I was pregnant. The scale today said 167.5. I am petite build, only 5'1 so this is WAY too much weight on me. I don't feel comfortable in my own body. I don't like the way I look in pictures. I don't like shopping for clothes anymore. I spend countless hours online searching for the magic solution when I KNOW that it comes down to what you put in your mouth and how active you are. I am tired of obsessing about this, wishing it would change and am ready to take action. I am not going to be doing any structured "plan" other than simply counting calories and exercising. Hoping this will take me to my goal. I want to lose 32.5 pounds.

My Goals:
Get into the 130s

Beat sugar addition

Choose healthier foods

Track calories daily

Exercise at minimum, 3 days per week

Gain strength and flexibility





Track food daily in my fitness pal

Stay within calorie range

Eat filling WHOLE foods most of the times with treats built in for balance and so I won't stray

Stick to workout schedule

Workout at night after my son goes to bed

Have me time every night (hot bubble bath, reading a book, guilty pleasure tv (cartoons in my case, I love cartoons!)


My Program:

Count calories on My Fitness Pal daily

Exercise at least 3x per week



Personal Information:
I am 35 and 5'1

I'm a mom and a wife just trying to balance my life like everyone else is. Working on my health and fitness so I can feel my best and have tons of energy and smiles!


Other Information:
I can and will do this.

I have the power of CHOICE.

Food does not have any power over me.

I am healthy and can move so I need to keep moving so that I will stay healthy and able to move!
