I am married to a wonderful man and we have 2 teenagers. I am total deaf and both kids also have hearing losses. Right now, my overall goal is to lose 100 pounds, but a more reachable goal would be the 10% rule. Lose 10%, then when you do that, lose another 10%.

    Kristina, thank you for the friend add. Somehow I was sure we already were "sparkfriends" LOL I love frogs and toads since childhood. I used to live in a place full of lakes and rivers and I loved to watch frogs and birds there. emoticon
