Introduction Text Hey everyone! Thanks for visiting my page.. I am new to this so still learning.. Im turning 32 in a couple weeks and ready to buckle down and tone up and loose a few pounds.. I just recently moved three blocks from the beach and I really want to feel comfortable and confident in a bikini. I wanna loose mabey 15-20 lbs and more importantly toning up. I am a mother of 2 and after having my second child it seems that the weight is harder to keep off.. Im far from old but I can tell my metabolism isn't what it use to be.. I am ready for a change and sick and tired of being sick and tired of not following through. Hopefully my year 32 is the year to accomplish my goals and having the body that I satisfied with. I am looking forward to checking out what this site has to offer.

My goals are to drink a lot more water, try to get at least 30 minutes of cardio a day and some sort of weight training, eliminate all fast food, greatly reduce my sugar intake, which means completely eliminating soda out of my diet which is gonna be tough! I really wanna work on loosing inches in my waist. That's the biggest problem area for me.
