New Year, New Goals... This past year has finally sorted itself out. This year is looking up! I'm still working (full-time now...woohoo) and hubby's job is doing good. Just trying to keep our family grateful and in shape. I'm still wanting to reach that goal of being healthy for myself and my family. In number terms, I'd ideally like to get to 115, but I'll settle for anything under 135(which is in healthy BMI range for me), and not getting winded after running up the stairs. It's hard to think clothing sizes, because they are all different but if I had to guess, anything under a size 12 would be good and a size 4 or 6 would be ideal. Just reaching my goal, weight-wise, would be good enough for me. I need to take that jogging stroller out and use it...gained 12 pounds since last year. Otherwise, I'm just in need of some major support outside of my family. I know they mean well, and try to help me, but I still want more interaction and motivation from people in my same predicament. SO here is to making this year the one! LET'S GET IN SHAPE!
