I am 28 years old and I have struggled with my weight all my life. I have done Spark People, Weight Watchers, Flat Belly Diet and on and on. I don't stick to anything. Seeing the big 4-0-0 on the scale has finally (I hope) scared me enough to get motivated. (I am actually down from that woot!) Will this time be different? I can't look into the future and say YES THIS IS IT! All I can do is make myself a new promise, to try one day at a time to make small baby steps. No beating myself up for not doing the right thing every second..

I am also trying something new, I read a few articles about how you often fail when you share your goal. It robs you of your motivation. :o I was shocked, I feel like this after I share that I am losing weight. I hate the whole.. "Its about time" , "Good for you for finally doing it" comments I get. Then the looks of really? How often have you said that? Or the looks you get when not much has changed a few months down the road.. So, my lips are sealed this time, besides here, I am just going to keep quiet and start making little changes.

I train dogs and I face a lot of discrimination because of my size. I just smile and try not to let it bother me. My weight has nothing to do with my skills. It does hamper my agility showing but that doesn't mean we still don't go out and race around the course as fast as I can. haha If anything it means I have to train harder and better because my dog gets out ahead of me and I have to still give him the ques on which equipment to hit. Though I am currently taking a break from showing due to financial issues.

Anyways that is me. :) I love new friends so feel free to add me and stop by to say hello.

    emoticon DONE GIRL.

The Libra woman is a "steel fist in a velvet glove" who loves everything beautiful, but can put on work clothes and spend the day doing whatever dirty job is needed. Libra was the peacemaker in the family and thus dislikes any type of argument. She is often said to be lazy, but that couldn't be further from the truth as she works very hard to finish a project and then she needs to completely rest. She works best with a partner since she always sees both sides of any situation and she can benefit from another person helping her with a job. She makes a great lawyer, interior designer, hairdresser, furniture salesman, marriage counselor, parent (she's fair), arbitrator, judge, artist, yoga instructor, personnel director, math teacher or architect. She thrives in any profession where she is a team player and working with people.
Libra's health issues are around her kidneys and her skin.
Libra can have a weight issues if her scales are off balance, but by nature, Libra isn't a fat sign. To stay in balance she needs to learn to eat to live and find ways to relieve her stress, often through dance, Pilates, biking, or team sports such as volleyball.
Libra gets along best with Sagittarius, Aries, Gemini, Leo and Aquarius.
