I am starting slowly again to climb back up that downward spiral which got me to my heaviest weight in my existence (2010).

I've roller-coastered enough that I could build my own theme park.

My weightloss goal is a little more realistic now which should help keep me motivated. I'm looking to better myself emotionally, mentally, and physically through this regime change.

Fitness Minutes: 4,624

My Goals:
My first goal is 9 pounds lost/reward=pedicure.
My next goal is 10 more pounds lost/reward=spa treatment.
My third goal is 10 more pounds lost/reward=cycling holiday locally in Europe (skedaddle)
My fourth goal is 15 more pounds lost/reward=$250 shopping for new clothes.

To complete the 100 mile walk in 4 days at Nymegen, Netherlands in 2016. Reward: a 15 day cycling holiday in an exotic location like Borneo, or to attend Burning Man in 2016.

Size 18- A bit loose but...
Size 16- Sometimes right.
Size 14- Will feel so much better.
Size 12- Can�t wait for those clothes.
Size 10- A fine goal.
Size 8- My ultimate goal.
Size 6- Smallest I could comfortably be.
Size 4- Too small for me.
Size 2- What do I eat? Lettuce?
Size 0- I'm not a pre-teen anymore!

My Program:
What I'm currently starting with is merely making smarter choices in nutrition, cutting back on eating fast or fatty food for my lunches, and exercising almost daily. I used to try strict regimes like Power90 / P90X, Insanity, etc.. but this time I'm just doing a mix of whatever I feel like that's cardio/strength/toning/yoga stuff and I'll see how that goes for me.

Personal Information:
I am originally from New Zealand, but I lived in the USA from 1990-2010 (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin.) I currently reside in Europe with my husband. My current sweets-weakness is for York Peppermint Patties. I've tamed it a bit and only nibble a tiny peppermint patty now and then instead of the whole thing in one bite.

Other Information:
I enjoy adrenaline-based sports such as bungy jumping, abseiling, SCUBA diving (with sharks), and rafting. When I feel more comfortable in a one-piece suit, I'll be more prone to doing these activities again. It's rare that I'll swim in public.
