Awww...thank you KIN for your kind words on my page. You can do it. It really is a mind over matter thing. I am constantly fighting lazy thoughts in my mind about exercising or working out. Its so easy to say, "I'll do it tomorrow." BUT, exercising every other day is important. I've made a commitment to myself. "Is this the year I'm going to give up or actually accomplish something?" ( I swear I think this all the time). So often in the past I've dive bombed on my diet/exercise routine, and a year later I wished I would've stuck with it. How fast a year goes! Ask yourself..."How BADLY do I want to get in shape?" You have to want it BAD. Its okay to have inner guilt, but you have to CRUSH that guilt feeling and say, "I AM going to exercise today...no excuses...get out of my way everyone...this is my time." Next thing you know it...you'll be where you want to be
Do NOT allow that RA to beat you down and give in to a sedentary lifestyle. It is a challenge to overcome, but its doable...keep up the research!
We are ALL busy...but YOU have to make time! Take care 2455 days ago

Thanks for the Spark Goodie. I couldn't figure out, at first, WHAT advice I had suggested. I am glad you have found some means to get relief to some degree. There are SO many things folks are coping with these days..we must be our own advocates for beter health and solutions to the problems. Thanks for thinking of me. 2457 days ago

Welcome to the Quilting Fans team. Glad to have you join us. Loved reading about your first quilt..what a special treasure to have shared that learning process with your mother and to have a keepsake from that time together. We will look forward to seeing more of your work and getting to know you along the way! 2459 days ago
