i am so excited today. I am seeing progress for the work i have been doing these past 6 weeks or so. Today the thing that got me most excited was to see that i am write on track to reach my first goal of losing 25 pounds by October 1. I was able to visually see it with the graph provided by SP. I LOVE SP and all the ways they are able to keep me motivated!

Fitness Minutes: 3,457

My Goals:
I am 44 years old and have had tpe 2 diabetes for about 10 years. I would like to lose enough weight and get healthy to the point where I no longer need to be on meds.

My Program:
I am currently using the SP nutrition tracker daily (what an awesome tool) to monitor my calorie, fat intake, etc. I also use the fitness tracker, but not as frequently because I seem to find many excuses to NOT exercise. I am trying to get a streak going where I do something for at least 10 min/day, but so far my longest streak has been 2 days! :(

Personal Information:
I live in Minnesota and cannot imagine living anywhere else. I enjoy travelling to other areas, but always enjoy returning home. I consider myself a smalltown girl, even though I have lived in the Mpls area for the past 5 years. Family and friends are a very important part of my life. Without them, I do not know where I would be!

Other Information:
I absolutely LOVE to read. I read just about anything but those cheesy romance novels (like Harlequin romance). I apologize to all you out there who enjoy them!
I have recently started reading the Bible which is something new for me since the religion I was raised in did not put much emphasis on reading the Bible.
