Kim's New life and New Me


I have been battling this weight loss journey for a long time, up and down. I have had a hard time keeping motivated. I am a very busy business woman who keeps letting her work interrupt in her healthy life style....That was written many years ago, since then my life as change so much and so dramatically, I am now a widow living alone and deciding its time to create a new life for myself

My Goals:
My Long range goal is 147.
My monthly goal is 8-10 #
I have a goal of working out 5 days a week.
10 glasses of water a day.
1500-1700 calories a day.
Big goal to eat every day (I forget)

My Program:
 Just staying on track with Sparks its worked so far

    Kim I saw your post on the Florida team page and just wanted to say. I was once in your shoes. I moved here with the love of my life in 2002 only to lose him unexpectedly to colon cancer a very short 5 months later. I can only say I'm so sorry for your loss, and tell you I'm here for you if you need support in your journey. Hang in there girl and take care of yourself. emoticon
