I am eating and exercising to maintain my present weight of 160 lbs. I also want to keep my cholesterol and bloodpressure in check.
I am in a size 12 and feel that this is the size that suits me. I feel comfortable with thiis size and feel good in my clothes. I love people and like to inspire and help them to become the best that they can be.

    Good afternoon Khalia ....looks like we are in the same boat with trying to keep the cholesterol down...my blood pressure started getting high so the dr was keeping an eye on it....started taking Omega 3 everyday and when I went back to the dr's 3 weeks later in was back down to normal which hasn't been for a long time...
