    Hi Jessica,

    For motivation, the visual motivators that spark suggests have been super helpful. Pictures of what I used to look like and pictures of goals I want to reach are posted at various places in my house. I carry a picture of me at my lowest weight where ever I go and look at it when I'm low on motivation and will power.

    We are new to Tampa Bay so the only trails we have found so far that are good for mountain biking are in Tampa. Alafia park is our favorite because it has multiple trails at all different levels. We also like to bike by the skyway as you can see. There are bits and pieces of land to bike on and they even let us on the pier for free as long as we promise not to fish.

    Swampclub.org offers classes for all level bikers if you are interested. If anything, they tell you where the trails are. They might even have an affiliation in Sarasota.

    Hey Keyah,

    I don't have a gym membership either so I do everything at home as well. I have great workout videos for cardio (my favorite is the biggest loser- cardio workout) and go for walk/jogs as much as possible. Since I live in a city that is almost always warm, I find it easy to stay outdoors.

    As for strength training, I did buy some small weights (just 2lbs, but now I wish I had 5 or 10lb weights). They were like $3 at Target. Spark has really good excercises you can do to help strengthen your arms. As for your core (your tummy) I do different things from reverse crunches, to leg rises, to anything. Spark has LOOOOTS of really good strength excercises. They ahve them sorted by things you can do at home, to things you can do while at the gym. check it out.

    Under My tools, click on My fitness. Then click on "Add strength exercise" That will bring up soooo many strength exercises you can do along with instructions AND pictures!

    I love Spark...they're amazing!Anyway, hope this helps!
