    Hey girl! Way to go on your jeans! Learning to notice little achievements like that is so important.

    It seems like you've been doing great but here are a few of the things that have worked for me lately.

    1. Trying to eat as naturally as possible. I loved weight watchers to teach you portion control but I found it doesn't really teach you WHAT to eat. I try to make sure that 75% of what I eat either grew or came directly from a farm.
    2. Consistency is my key word.
    3. Mix up the exercise so you don't get bored.
    4. Have a few really hardcore 1/2 hour workouts on hand. I always have a hard time talking myself out of "only 30 minutes"

    You can do this! Lean on your SP buddies for help and encouragement.

    Hey ! yeah I'm still here! unfortunately I have been sooooo busy I have not had time to get one here... I work 14 hour days and I'm just exhausted. I can even think straight! Thanks for stopping in! I hope all well with you! I haven't had even time to work out.. but I have been trying to stay on track with my eatting!!!
