I am a 67 year old who lives in Ontario, Canada. I am originally from Newcastle-upon-Tyne, North-east England. Keonee is my Hawaiian name, given to me by a friend. My spirit animal is a hawk. I am a retired Neonatal nurse and I am trying to adapt to a different routine other than my life being dictated by shift-work. It's time to take care of me.

My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy and i need to lose wt to do that. I intend to track my calories regularly [with no excuses] and make exercise a way of life. If i don't do this then i know that i'm heading for disaster.

My Program:
 I will follow a 1200-1500 cal food plan
I will walk for 30-60 mins/day
I will use my home gym equipment to achieve strength training 3x week.
I plan to incorporate some yoga
