Fitness Minutes: 2,166

My Goals:
I would like to look better.
I would like to have more clothing choices and have them look nice on me.
I would like to have more energy.
I would like to be more physically active.
I would like to be healthier.

My Program:
I am going to get off of my butt and do something every day.
I am going to pay closer attention to what I eat.
I am going to seek out motivators to keep myself on track.
I am going to try to eliminate soda and ramen from my diet.. currently, they are my staples.

I tried to be active on here before.. and gave up. It is very hard for me to stick to something when all I have are vague ideas and no support system.
