Introduction Text I love to exercise (PT as we military folk call it)!!! but my diet is impossible. The military makes it hard to plan meals because who knows where you will be that day. Is there a microwave? Are we driving a lot today?

I need to lose 10 pounds for my job (Army). But my actual goal is to set up my life in a new healthy way. I want to master eating right even though I am never near a kitchen to cook and am always on the go.

Iexercise for 1.5 hours 6 days a week. That may seem like a lot to some but for a sergeant it is the norm.

I was raised in New Hampshire but my family now lives in ansonia/derby, CT. I am not local right now (im stationed in alabama) but will be home permanently in a couple months.

My mother and me work out together when I am home so if anyone needs a walking buddy or a gym buddy hit me up.
