Introduction Text Hey there again! I've been away for a bit of time but need to get back on here and at least track my food per the new Dr. Goals are updated but the end results remains the same. Get this weight off and get off the meds.

Drink water everyday Watch what I eat Exercise more Loose the weight Feel healthier Have more energy Get off meds!

My name is Shannon, I'm married to a wonderful man and have a 17 year old son and we all live in Goshen, IN. Lost my job the end of June 2012 (again) but I do kids resale events along with my online store keeps my busy, plus I homeschool my son. My personal goal is to be healthy, eat right, exercise and most importantly, get off all my meds.
